Espresso Italia is a brand of Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A., an Italian roaster from Northern Italy. Sterlingoods, the company behind Capsucup, is its exclusive US importer and distributor. The aluminum line comes in four blends for Nespresso® Original Line machines*, each capsule holding 5.5 g of ground coffee.
The four blends
- Crema Oro, intensity 12: the most intense of the line. Arabica from Brazil with Robusta from Vietnam and Uganda, medium-dark roast, intense and full-bodied. Our pick for cappuccino and latte.
- Ristretto, intensity 11: round and chocolatey, dark roast. Arabica from Brazil, Peru and Papua New Guinea with Robusta from Uganda, made for short, concentrated shots.
- Supremo, intensity 9: smooth and almondy, medium-light roast. A balanced everyday espresso.
- Tierras de Colombia, intensity 7: 100% Arabica from Colombia with caramel and citrus notes, medium-light roast. Smooth enough for a lungo.
Why aluminum

How to brew
One capsule per cup: pull a ristretto, an espresso or a lungo, and add steamed milk for cappuccino, latte or macchiato. The capsules fit Original Line machines such as Essenza, Pixie, CitiZ, Inissia and Lattissima; they do not fit Vertuo™.
