If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the date your order was shipped from our warehouse.
Returning an Order:
We appreciate you as a valued customer and look forward to providing you with the best possible purchasing experience in the future.
If for any reason you need to return or replace your Capsucup order, you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price within 30 days from the order date.
Just contact us using one of the following options:
• Email: Send us an email at hello@sterlingoods.com with your order details. If your order is incomplete or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label. If you are returning an order due to personal reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong item), we will process a refund upon receipt of the return, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
• WhatsApp: Send us a message via our WhatsApp Business at +1 (786) 205-4873 with your order details. If your order is incomplete or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label. If the return is due to a personal mistake, we will process a refund once we receive the returned item, but the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
